Applied DB Industrial Co., Ltd. ( ADB ) has jointed venture with Excellence Opto.,Inc. (EOI) from Taiwan on Friday June 18, 2010 to promote LED traffic light, LED street light, indoor and outdoor LED light in Thailand markets. ADB & EOI have also planned to set up a LED light assembling plant in Bangkok in near future in order to supply LED light products for domestic markets and oversea markets.

 ADB has been established in Thailand since 25 years ago with business cultures of integrity, practical, customer priority, innovation, excellent driven and win-win orientation.  ADB PVC compound is supplied to 80% of cable & wiring factories locally. In addition, ADB has produced wide range of adhesive & sealant  products and manage to have major market share locally and oversea as well.

Both of Mr.Pawat Wongtangtrakul. President of ADB and Mr. Wang Wanapaison CEO of ADB have the same vision to expend the business related to the energy saving and environment friendly direction. Recently, Mrs. Fanny Huang, president of EOI, one of major LED producers in Taiwan, is introduced to ADB by Mr. Chen Shih Jin, president of Mega Bank. Then, both of ADB & EOI has agreed to J.V and to promote LED lighting products in Thailand market.
EOI has been established by Dr. Huang Guo Shin. Dr. Huang has successful operated the business by vertical integration from producing LED wafer, LED packaging, LED module assembly until LED lighting finished products. EOI ‘s LED lighting products can save the energy 50% more than the normal lights. EOI has supplied the LED traffic light to Spain with 90% of market share; and also has 60% of market share in Taiwan.
LED lighting can provide better green environment with energy saving and long lasting. Soon or later, the current lighting system will be replaced by LED. In fact, it has been stopped to use candescent lamp since 2008 to 2012 worldwide. It is expected to reach USD 211billion turnover of LED lighting worldwide within the next 5 years time
